Munimji Privacy Policy

Munimji is an AI-powered invoicing assistant by Pixel Force Private Limited. This policy explains what information Munimji collects, how it is processed, and the choices you have. We built Munimji privacy-first: your business data stays yours.

1. Information We Process

To help you create invoices, estimates, proformas and expense records, Munimji processes the business information you provide, such as:

• Business profile — your business name, address, logo, signature, tax registration and branding;
• Client & catalog data — customer details and the products or services you bill for;
• Documents & expenses — invoices, estimates, proformas, receipts and amounts;
• Account & contact information — email or phone used to create and secure your account.

2. Conversational AI (Chat & Voice)

Munimji lets you create documents by chatting or speaking. When you use the AI assistant, your message (text or transcribed voice) and the relevant business context are processed to understand your request and generate the document or answer. Voice is transcribed solely to fulfil your request. Your business books and content are used only to provide the service to you and are never sold.

3. Receipts, Camera & Business-Card Scanning

With your permission, Munimji uses your camera to scan receipts and business cards. The captured image is processed to extract the relevant details (amount, vendor, contact) and stored within your account so your books stay current. You can revoke camera access at any time in your device settings.

4. Payments

Munimji integrates with PayPal and Stripe to let you collect payments and add online payment links to invoices. Payment processing is handled by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies; Munimji does not store full card details on its servers.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate Munimji (such as cloud hosting and payment processors), to the limited extent required, or where required by law. Documents are shared only when you choose to send them.

6. Data Retention & Control

Your documents and business data are retained so the service remains useful to you, and are kept only as long as necessary for that purpose or as required by law. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
