Thank you for using our products. By using our apps and websites you confirm that you have understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions (Terms of Use). These terms govern your use of all software, apps and services provided by Pixel Force Private Limited.

1. Basic Terms

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your user account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the app and for any activities under it.
• You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other users.
• You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, photos, profiles and links you submit, post or display in the app.
• You must not copy, create a derivative work of, or modify another app to falsely imply association with this app.
• You must not make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters" or "pyramid schemes".
• You must not interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers or networks — for example by transmitting worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not, in using the app, intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While we prohibit such conduct and content, you understand and agree that Pixel Force cannot be responsible for content posted within the app by users.

2. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
• Pixel Force reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, by posting changes in the app. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our reasonable judgement.
• We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• As a condition of use, you agree that Pixel Force may retain, use and publish, in an aggregate manner, information collected from your use of the app.
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold a legal or trademark claim to them.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, email, transmit, forward, link to, store or otherwise make available any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, or hateful or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringes copyrighted material or promotes the violation of intellectual property rights, including trademark and patent violations;
• Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters" or "pyramid schemes";
• Impersonates any person or entity, including Pixel Force officials, or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Disobeys any requirement, procedure, policy or regulation connected to the app.

4. Disclaimer

The techniques and suggestions presented in our applications and websites are not intended to substitute for proper professional or medical advice. Consult an appropriate professional before acting on them. The application and website assume no responsibility for any injury or loss suffered while using these techniques.

5. Refund Policy

For in-app purchases made through the App Store, we do not have the right to issue refunds. The only way to receive a refund for such purchases is to contact Apple. Please note that automatic renewal may occur for in-app subscriptions; in such cases refunds will not be issued, and users are responsible for cancelling future renewals at the relevant app store.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All resources — including images, videos, audio and text — are protected by trademark and copyright. Any use of these without permission is illegal. All right, title and interest in and to the app (excluding user-provided content) remain the exclusive property of Pixel Force and its licensors, protected by the laws of India and other countries. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our name, trademarks, logos, domain names or other brand features. Any feedback you provide is voluntary and we are free to use it without obligation to you.
