This Privacy Policy demonstrates our firm commitment to your privacy. It explains what information Pixel Force Private Limited ("Pixel Force", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It may be updated from time to time; each version applies to information collected while it was in place. Please consult this policy regularly.

1. Information We Collect

Pixel Force does not collect personal information — names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or specific location — except when you specifically provide it on a voluntary basis, for example during a website or in-app account registration.

For analytics, some of our apps integrate analytics SDKs (such as the Facebook SDK). Based on this aggregate data we understand how features are used and improve the app for usability and to fix problems.

2. A Special Note About Children

Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you may use this service only together with your parents or guardians. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal identifiable information, we will delete it from our files. We use your email address — and in rare situations your mailing address or phone number — only to send administrative notices.

3. Cookies

We use "cookie" technology to collect non-personal website usage data and to improve the site and our service. Cookies let a website recognise repeat users and understand usage behaviour; they take minimal space and cannot damage your files. We may use both session cookies (deleted when you leave) and persistent cookies (which you can remove via your browser settings). Most browsers accept cookies automatically; you can instruct your browser to stop accepting them or to prompt you first.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

Pixel Force does not sell or rent personal information about its customers to any third parties at this time. Should we ever do so in future, you will have an opportunity to remove yourself from such lists beforehand by emailing contact@pixelforce.in. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information. Our sites may contain links to other websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

Pixel Force may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads; these companies may use non-personally identifiable information about your visits to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you.

5. About Using Face Data

In some apps we use face data to detect facial landmark points for accurate editing and the best user experience. Face detection is performed on your device using Apple’s Vision framework to identify face regions and landmark points in photos.

For certain face-related effects, your image may be transferred to our own private servers, operated by Pixel Force, purely for processing. The image is used solely to apply the requested effect and is deleted from our servers immediately after processing. No face data, facial geometry or biometric information is stored beyond the duration of the processing request.

Face data is used solely to:

  • Detect face regions for smart cropping and auto-positioning in collage layouts
  • Apply filters, beauty effects and enhancements accurately to facial features
  • Enhance the user experience through face-aware editing tools

No face data or user images are shared with any third party. All server-side processing runs exclusively on infrastructure owned and operated by Pixel Force, and images are removed immediately after the effect is applied and returned to your device.

6. AI-Powered Features & Data Processing

Some apps include AI-powered features such as background removal and image enhancement. When you initiate such a feature, your photo is transmitted to our own private servers for processing. We do not use any third-party AI service — all processing runs on infrastructure owned and operated by Pixel Force.

Photos sent for AI processing are used solely for that purpose and are not stored after processing is complete. Specifically:

  • Only the photo you select is transmitted to our servers
  • The photo is processed and the result returned to your device
  • The photo is deleted from our servers immediately after processing
  • No photo data is shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party
  • You are informed and provide consent before any data is transmitted

7. Compliance With Laws & Law Enforcement

Pixel Force cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries and with third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights. We may disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials, or private parties, where we believe in our sole discretion it is necessary or appropriate to respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, prevent illegal or harmful activity, or comply with the law.

8. Contact Us

Pixel Force takes your privacy seriously. If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our use of your information, please contact us at contact@pixelforce.in.
